A deposit is required to confirm your session date and time; this deposit secures your spot, is applied to the final balance, and ensures that no other clients are booked during your reserved session. Our booking platform uses encrypted payment processing, and we never share your personal information. All transactions are safe and guaranteed, and we also offer convenient financing options to make the process simple and accessible.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• In the case of inclement weather for outdoor sessions, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date without any additional fees.
3. Payment Policy

Our photography services are artistic and custom in nature. Because our work involves creativity, talent, and personal artistic direction, all payments toward photography services are considered final once the session is completed and delivered. By booking, you acknowledge that you are selecting us for our unique style and artistic vision.
6. Promotional Use of Photos
We may use selected photos from your session for marketing purposes, including social media and website galleries. If you prefer not to have your photos used in this way, please inform us in writing prior to the session.
7. Privacy and Data Handling
We handle your personal data with care and confidentiality. Your information will not be shared with third parties unless required for product delivery or financing processes.
8. Partner Services Policy
